The Elizabeth City HarborCam is a live camera feed that refreshes every few seconds with a beautiful view of the Pasquotank River. It's located on the Elizabeth City Downtown Inc. (ECDI) building at the waterfront, and faces southeast, showing a view of current weather conditions and for our boaters, a view of available docking.
The ECDI building is located next to Mariners' Wharf Park, where we have various seasonal events, including the Downtown Waterfront Market, Mariners' Wharf Film Festival and Music on the Green. For those visiting by boat, our Harbor of Hospitality® finger slips are located on the edge of Mariners' Wharf, so dock the boat, and go right across the street to explore downtown's wide variety of options for dining, shopping, arts & entertainment, and more. There are public restrooms and free parking as well.
