Notice of a Special Meeting

Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County Tourism Development Authority

  The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County Tourism Development Authority will hold a special meeting on February 13, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Culpepper Inn, at 609 W. Main Street in Elizabeth City, N.C., 27909. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a closed session in order to discuss one or more confidential personnel matters and to consult with the Board attorney regarding matters within the attorney client privilege and to preserve that privilege pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3) and (6), respectively.  Action is also expected to be taken in open session before the meeting adjourns.

Elizabeth City – Pasquotank County TDA Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month.
